Who are We?

Notary Service by Helaina LLC was founded on May 19, 2023 with Helaina Williams as the Manager. 

 

I am a proud Louisiana native from Lafayette and have been a commissioned notary since 2022. My journey into the notary field was unexpected but turned out to be a fantastic opportunity. In 2021, I enrolled in the Paralegal Studies Program at LSU after deciding against attending law school. While in this program, I discovered a 14-week notary prep class offered during the summer. I registered for it simply because I needed an elective, and my options were limited. Looking back, that decision was one of the best I’ve ever made. A fun fact about my notary journey: I initially failed the notary exam by just one point! The second attempt proved to be even more challenging, but I persevered. In the week leading up to my exam, my uncle paraphrased Psalms 37:4, reminding me that God would give me the desires of my heart. Passing that exam is evidence of that.
